The VERVE® 2.5kg Competition Collar are a pin lock and twist lock collar that are designed to lock to the to the barbell sleeve and twist on tight against the loaded plates. By locking to the barbell and the plate, the competition collar makes sure there is absolutely no shifting of plates during any big high impact or movement sets.
