Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, the 650L stainless steel tub is built with thermally enhanced Nordic timber for durability and efficiency. How cold should you set it and how long should you stay in for?
The answer to this varies depending on the individual person. Dr. Andrew Huberman recommends setting the temperature to between 7° and 15° degrees celsius (45°F - 60°F) in sessions of 1-5 minutes.

What Maintenance is Required?
All you need is some routine cleaning of the water filter. 2 x spare water filters are included with our new ice bath and replacement filters are available from VERVE.
